Our journey began in 1998 and since then, we've built a stable network of 20 branches in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Hungary, Ukraine, the UK and Croatia. What are we being asked
most often asked?

  • extract from the commercial register / trade certificate
  • EORI company number
  • VAT registration (VAT number) / VAT registration certificate in the respective country
  • Power of attorney for customs representative (original / officially certified)
  • commercial invoice, shipping document, packing list (in words: description, quantity, price)
  • any special licences, certificates of origin or control documents (for regulated commodities)

Not necessarily - if we have processes set up and the shipment is in approved premises of the carrier, the customs procedure will be carried out remotely. Physical presence with us is only required for selected controls, release under another procedure or if required by the carrier/client.

The tariff classification is based on the technical description of the goods, their composition and their intended use. Our experts will help you determine the correct TARIC code, which affects the amount of duty, restrictions and documents required.
